Epay mobile money is inviting applications for suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Regional Supervisor in Eastern region

Epay Mobile Money delivers digital payment services across Malawi. The services include; Money transfer, merchant payments and bill payment. The focus stays on safe, affordable, and accessible financial services.

Position: Regional Supervisor

Location: Zomba

Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Senior Customer Experience Officer

Job Purpose

The Regional Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational activities across the region, Ensuring the efficiently delivery of EPAY Financial services to emerge consumers. You will play a crucial part in implementing operational strategies and maintain high service standard with the management and framework of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and Manage daily regional activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Implement and optimize operational strategies for money transfer and other financial services

Monitor Key Performance Indicators KIPs and identify areas for process improvement

Lead, train and mentor sales and marketing team within designated region

Collaborate with cross functional team to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction

Manage operations budgets and resources efficiently

Set regional sales and marketing goals that match overall company targets

Skills and Qualifications

bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Experience in customer services, sales and marketing, mobile money or operations

Experience in supervising staff

Strong leadership and communication skills

Strong customer services and problem-solving skills

Basic computer skills and report- writing ability

High level of integrity, accuracy and accountability

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
