Domasi College of Education invites applications from qualified and experienced Teachers and Lecturers, preferably from the Eastern Region of Malawi, to join our academic team as Part-Time Lecturers for the upcoming semester (1st September to 31st December 2026).

Qualification: Applicants should be serving Secondary School Teachers or Lecturers with a Bachelor of Education with Credit /Upper Second Class or Distinction. Those with a Master's Degree or PhD will have an added advantage.

Job purpose: To teach, mentor, and help students to achieve their highest potential in and outside of Lectures and develop into useful, confident, and responsible citizens.

Duties and Responsibilities: The successful candidates shall be responsible to the Head of Department (HOD) and will be expected to Carry out the following duties: -

Teaching and devising the best learning approaches for students

Setting up and supervising students' experiments and projects

Organizing tutorials and leading students' discussions on specific topics

Assessing students' performance and adhering to assessment procedures and deadlines

Maintaining records of students' progress

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
