POSITION: SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Location: Ntcheu – Tsangano

ABOUT THE ROLE

Aim-Light High School is an independent School that embraces values seeking to serve youngsters in a family-like atmosphere that forges lifelong excellence. Their mission is to educate boys and girls to succeed scholastically, psychologically, and physically with a focus on passion-driven, integrity-conscious, and excellence-pursuit to be the best they can be.

The school intends to beef up its teaching staff for the secondary school in Ntcheu – Tsangano.

Subjects to be taught:

• Sciences: Biology/Agriculture, Chemistry/Maths, and Physics

• Humanities: History, Business Studies, and Computer Studies

• Languages: English/Chichewa

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in Education from an accredited institution (Diploma in Education holders are also encouraged to apply)

• Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience

• Computer Literacy: Must be proficient in basic software packages like MS Word, MS Excel, or MS PowerPoint

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver quality instruction in assigned subject areas

• Foster character and leadership development among students

• Promote positive self-image and personal attention to learners

• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and evaluate student performance

• Contribute to the school's mission of nurturing passion, integrity, and excellence
