POSITION: CLEANING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Location: Lilongwe

OVERVIEW

PPJ Home Smart & Property Management is inviting applications from suitably qualified Malawians to fill the position of:

CLEANING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR – 1 POSITION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams.

• Schedule cleaning activities and assign duties.

• Ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained.

• Train, guide and support cleaning staff.

• Manage cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management or a related field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in cleaning or facilities management.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
