OVERVIEW

Makandi Tea and Coffee Estates Limited wishes to recruit a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead its technical team at Makandi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage engineering staff

Oversee plant/ infrastructure integrity

And optimise maintenance processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. 7 years plus leadership experience especially on Tea Estate, with proven strategic resource management and practical approach.
