ABOUT THE ROLE

Sunbird Tourism plc, Malawi's leading hotel group, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals who are passionate about advancing their careers to fill the vacant position of Food & Beverage Controls Clerk.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting from any institution recognized by NCHE.

• A full Malawi School Certificate of Education with credits in English and Mathematics.

• 2 years’ experience in a related capacity.

• High level of ethics and analytical character.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check bills from restaurant and bars.

• Verify Front Office postings.

• Track bill books and order pads issued.

• Perform spot checks in the Service areas.

• Conduct physical Food & Beverage counts every ten days.

• Update prices in Food & Beverage stock sheets and Communicate changes in Food and Beverage stock prices to Management.

• Maintain proper filing system.
