Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the capital program and support the Capital Program Manager on project management and delivery
• Coordinate with the Capital Program Manager on project scope, time, cost, quality, and risk
• Lead and supervise Project Engineers, Foremen, contractors, and technical teams
• Provide project management expertise to agricultural and factory operations
• Ensure compliance with Illovo's policies, procedures, and guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial)
• Postgraduate education in Project Management with PMP certification and Professional registration with relevant bodies in Malawi
• Minimum 10 years' experience in project management including 5 years in leadership capacity
• Experience in technical oversight, engineering assurance, or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong familiarity with governance processes, capital budgeting, and risk management
• Good business acumen and ability to interpret change impacts on projects
