Food Production Intern

Join our team and help us ensure safe, nutritious and high-quality food products for our communities!

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food Production Intern to support our food processing and production activities. The intern will help ensure efficient operations, maintain quality standards and contribute to the production of safe, nutritious and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food production and processing activities.
• Support quality control and food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Help with record keeping, inventory and stock management.
• Work with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in:

• Food Science and Technology,
• Food Technology,
• Food Science,
• Agro-Food Processing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of food processing, quality control and production operations.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
