JOB VACANCY | SALES & DISTRIBUTION SUPERVISOR
Location: Lilongwe, Malawi
Industry: Beverage / FMCG
A reputable beverage company is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales & Distribution Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and supervise sales vehicles and sales routes.
- Monitor and support the sales team on a daily basis.
- Visit customers and develop good customer relationships.
- Monitor sales, collections and customer orders.
- Ensure proper distribution and availability of products.
- Check vehicle stock loading and sales returns.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Monitor sales targets and team performance.
- Report market feedback and customer complaints.
- Ensure company vehicles and sales equipment are properly maintained.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, distribution or FMCG is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good computer and reporting skills.
- Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
