POSITION: REGIONAL MANAGER

OVERVIEW
SME Clinic is recruiting on behalf of its client, a fully integrated, multidisciplinary security and facilities management company, for a Regional Manager with a strong operations background.
The Regional Manager will oversee service delivery across the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence and consistent quality standards. This role involves leading and developing operational teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and serving as the primary point of contact for regional stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive performance, strengthen accountability, and support the company’s broader strategic objectives within their region.
Key responsibilities
Manage regional operations, staffing, supervision and service standards.
Ensure sites are adequately staffed, equipped and supported.
Monitor performance, resolve operational issues and oversee incident response.
Maintain client relationships and address service concerns promptly.
Support the mobilisation of new contracts and the development of regional teams.
Requirements
Proven management experience in security, facilities management or a related service industry.
A strong record of managing field operations and multiple client sites.
Sound judgment in staffing, incident management and client relations.
Strong leadership, reporting and organisational skills.
A relevant degree or professional qualification is expected, with further training in operations or management being highly regarded.
