POSITION: DIRECT SALES SUPERVISOR
Location: Lilongwe
OVERVIEW
StarTimes Media Malawi is looking for a Direct Sales Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Submit sales daily plan and report every day (sale weekly report every day).
Be able to organize direct sales team and managing stock process from different districts.
Solve direct sales team problems amicably.
Encourage his sales team to sale.
Train direct sales team about company products.
QUALIFICATION:
Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
Diploma in Marketing.
EXPERIENCE: 3 years of working experience in Sales.
COMPETENCIES/ATTRIBUTES: Good communication, cautious, and responsible for work.
