About the Opportunity

Chipojola Enterprises – Lilongwe Piggery Farms is inviting applications from suitably qualified, hardworking and dedicated individuals for the position of General Farm Labourer.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed pigs according to the prescribed feeding programme.
• Ensure constant availability of clean drinking water.
• Clean and maintain pig pens.
• Assist with feed preparation and handling.
• Monitor animals and report unusual behaviour or signs of illness.
• Maintain farm cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Farm Manager.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Previous farm-work experience, preferably in piggery or livestock production.
• Practical knowledge of animal feeding and general farm activities.
• Physically fit, hardworking, responsible and reliable.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
