🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in M&E (preferably agriculture, cooperative, or donor-funded projects)
• Strong data analysis skills (SPSS, STATA, or similar software)
• Experience using Kobo Collect for mobile data collection
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Experience with donor-funded projects (added advantage)
