LAND & CONSTRUCTION INTERN

📍 Location: Chancery/Curia, Karonga
📝 Reports to: Land & Construction Project Officer
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in land acquisition and lease processes
- Support architectural/structural design and costing of projects
- Ensure projects are approved by relevant authorities (including CIRA)
- Supervise construction works
- Prepare and submit technical reports
🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Land Management, Quantity Surveying, Architectural Studies, or Civil Engineering
- At least 1 year post-qualification experience
- Ability to design, cost, and implement construction projects
- Understanding of land leasing processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
