Founded in Norway in 2020, Let’s Build is a global non-profit organization working to increase access to public secondary education by constructing classroom blocks and sanitation facilities. In Malawi, the organization partners with government to improve secondary school infrastructure and ensure safe, inclusive learning environments for all.

Position Summary

Let’s Build is looking for a Temporary Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator to:

• Conduct a District Needs Assessment in Lilongwe, Dowa, Dedza & Salima

• Carry out a Project Impact Assessment across 26 secondary schools in Lilongwe District

• Develop baseline data and impact indicators

• Analyse infrastructure gaps and recommend improvements

• Document lessons learned for future scale-up

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Development, Social Sciences or related field (Master’s is an advantage)

✔ Minimum 5 years’ experience in education/development program evaluations

✔ Strong data collection & analysis skills

✔ Experience with Kobo Collect

✔ Excellent report writing & presentation skills

✔ Experience working with government & district stakeholders

Child Safeguarding

The role involves field and office work with possible contact with children. Compliance with Let’s Build Child Safety Policy is mandatory.
