Requirements

✔ Proven experience as a Chef

✔ Diploma in Culinary Skills / Hospitality Management

✔ Strong leadership & shift management skills

✔ Experience in food safety, hygiene & kitchen standards

✔ Menu planning & creativity

✔ Experience ordering kitchen supplies

✔ Excellent communication & teamwork skills

✔ Pastry experience is an added advantage
