Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage
- Experience:
- 3–5 years’ experience in channel management, key account management, or distribution within FMCG, telecom, or fintech
- Skills & Competencies:
- Demonstrated success managing national retail chains and/or financial institutions
- Strong understanding of mobile money, payment systems, and broadband sales
- Advanced Excel / Business Intelligence data analysis skills
- Strong financial understanding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
