Job Description

Telekom Networks Malawi Plc (TNM) is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions in the Sales & Distribution Division.


1️⃣ Consumer Sales Executive (25 Positions)


Location: All Regions

Contract: Long Term (1 Year)

Reporting to: Senior Commercial Manager


Key Responsibilities

• Drive subscriber connections, Mpamba agent recruitment, and customer acquisition in assigned areas.

• Develop and communicate sales targets to Dealers based on site usage, trends, and competitor activity.

• Monitor dealer and wholesaler sales performance and connection KPIs.

• Expand the retailer (customer) base and ensure Dealer Sales Representatives follow route plans.

• Track stock movement to prevent stock-outs and ensure product availability.

• Manage dealer credit utilization and qualification.

• Conduct weekly performance review meetings with Dealers and DSRs.

• Monitor dealer incentives and profitability and recommend improvements.


Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field

✔ Experience in Sales & Marketing (FMCG or services preferred)

✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

✔ Strong communication and reporting skills
