POSITION: TRAINEE FIELD MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
OVERVIEW
We are looking for leaders with passion for operational excellence, and high energy individuals to join our Management Training Program. This is a fast track career path designed to transform high potential candidates into expert Field Managers.
The Opportunity
Our training program provides hands-on experience in every facet of our field operations. You will learn the "nuts and bolts" of our business while developing the strategic mindset required to lead a mobile workforce. You will also be expected to learn:
Master operational protocols and quality control standards.
Execute field projects under mentorship to demonstrate your problem-solving skills.
Develop and learn to drive key performance across diverse teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Driving sales performance and budgets
Driving customer growth within the area
Maximising profitability
Ensure optimal expense budget control among stores in the area
Ensure proper stock management and stockroom discipline
Ensure low stock loss within the area
Ensure the store in the area adhere to the company standards
People Management
REQUIREMENTS:
MSCE or Grade 12 Full Certificate, Math and English are a must.
Diploma in Marketing, Retailing or any Business related qualifications
Willingness to travel extensively within the country
Candidates must be willing to relocate within the country
Valid driver’s licence
Experience in Retailing is desirable but not essential as we shall offer internal training to the successful candidates
