NBS BANK PLC – RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

NBS Bank Plc invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Relationship Manager. The role involves driving portfolio growth and income generation by developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement portfolio business and sales plans aligned to the Bank's overall strategy
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and portfolio performance to identify new business opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through selling and cross-selling bank products and services (assets, liabilities, trade finance, digital)
- Build and manage strong client relationships to increase wallet share, enhance loyalty, and improve retention
- Identify and onboard new business in line with the Bank's risk appetite
- Assess, structure, and recommend credit facilities in compliance with risk requirements
- Monitor portfolio performance against budget and targets; implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with SLAs
- Monitor credit quality and minimize non-performing loans
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit standards (KYC, compliance)
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions
- Contribute to product development using market intelligence and customer feedback
- Prepare accurate and timely portfolio performance, sales, and management reports
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in Corporate or Commercial Banking
- At least 3 years at supervisory or relationship management level
- Proven track record in managing corporate client portfolios and driving revenue growth
- Strong experience in credit analysis, structuring facilities, and trade finance solutions
