ABOUT REIGNING BRANDS:  

Reigning Brands, a growing food manufacturing company specializing in Joyous Peanut Butter, invites applications from suitably qualified and motivated individuals to fill the position of Quality Control Intern at Lunzu in Blantyre.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma preferably in Agriculture

Basic understanding of food safety, GMP, and hygiene standards

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good communication and record-keeping skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products

Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards

Record and maintain quality control data and reports

Support implementation of hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with MS 21 (Code of Hygienic Conditions for Food Processing Establishments)

Assist in product sampling and basic testing

Ensure compliance with Malawi Bureau of Standards (MBS) requirements

DURATION

Internship period: 6 months
