🔹 Position: OR Circulating Nurse

Pothawira Health Center, a modern facility offering outpatient, maternity, and advanced surgical services, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced nurses to join their surgical team.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and set up operating room instruments and equipment

* Coordinate and manage the operating room during surgical procedures

* Support surgeons and anesthesia teams during operations

* Ensure smooth transition between surgical cases

* Provide safe patient handling and care throughout procedures

* Administer and monitor patient care, including medication

* Maintain accurate and complete patient records/documentation

* Scrub and circulate independently with minimal supervision

* Organize staff, equipment, and workflow for efficient operations

Qualifications & Requirements

* Diploma or advanced degree in Nursing from a recognized institution

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an operating room setting

* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related systems
