POSITION: EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 

Location: Karonga

OVERVIEW 

Youth With Vision is looking for a passionate and committed young individual to join our team as an Executive Director.

We are a youth-led organization dedicated to youth empowerment, leadership, entrepreneurship, community development, and social transformation in Karonga District.

✅ Requirements:

• Resident of Karonga or familiar with the district

• MSCE certificate required

• Minimum Diploma qualification

• Passion for youth development and leadership

• Good communication and organizational skills

📌 Responsibilities include:

• Leading organizational activities

• Coordinating youth programs and projects

• Mobilizing young people for community development

• Building partnerships and supporting organizational growth
