POSITION: Assistant Teacher (2 Positions)
LOCATION: Blantyre
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma in Education or related field
- Registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM)
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development
- Basic understanding of child development and classroom management
- Knowledge of first aid and child safety practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience as an Assistant Teacher is an added advantage
- Computer literate
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Dedicated Christian with a sense of calling to work within the Church

- Support preparation of teaching and learning materials
- Monitor and report learner progress
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Support child protection and welfare policies
- Participate in school meetings, training, and development activities
