LOCATION: Lilongwe, Malawi

OVERVIEW

The Organic Certification & Project Coordinator is a full-time position within aQysta Malawi's agricultural team. This role focuses on expanding and supporting a network of organically certified farmers, guiding them through the certification process, and ensuring adherence to organic farming practices and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Agriculture or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in organic certification requirements, processes, and reporting
• In-depth knowledge of EU organic certification processes
• Willingness to travel throughout Malawi
• Strong communication skills with farmers and stakeholders
