- Ability to meet business and disbursement targets
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements in the financial sector

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve individual business and loan disbursement targets
- Support the branch in achieving overall business targets
- Manage branch administration functions and ensure zero fraud and misconduct
- Handle customer correspondence and coordinate with Head Office and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory directives and operational guidelines
- Initiate and implement sales promotions and business campaigns
- Manage branch petty cash
