Platinum Car Rental is a newly established and fast-growing car rental company with branches in Blantyre and Lilongwe. As we begin operations, we are seeking to recruit a strong, professional, and dedicated team to ensure smooth and efficient business operations across both locations.
OFFICE ASSISTANT / RECEPTIONIST
Key Responsibilities
Receive and assist clients professionally
Handle bookings, phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain office records and filing systems
Support day-to-day administrative operations
Manage front office duties efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
MSCE plus Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in front office or administrative work
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications
