OVERVIEW 

BREAKING LIMITS INVESTMENT_ a newly established and fast growing company specializing in General Construction and General Supply & Trading, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, energetic, and results oriented individuals for the position of 

Operations & Business Development Officer

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional who is passionate about business growth and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director in coordinating daily business operations and driving the company's strategic objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

1. Coordinating and supervising construction projects.

2. Assisting with procurement and supplier management.

3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

4. Marketing the company's products and services to prospective clients.

5. Preparing business correspondence, reports, and other office documentation.

6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

6. Coordinating day to day operational activities to ensure smooth business performance.

7. Undertaking other business related assignments as may be delegated by the Managing Director.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

Applicants should possess:

1. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong marketing and business development abilities.

3. Good communication and organizational skills.

4. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

6. High levels of integrity, professionalism, and initiative.

7. A valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
