The company is seeking an experienced, dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual to fill the position of Client Relationship Management Executive based in Lilongwe.
Job Description
The Client Relationship Management Executive will be responsible for driving business growth through sales lead generation, client relationship management, market research, and implementation of effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening client engagement and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Promote the company’s consultancy, training, ICT, and research services.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports and business development updates.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
- Participate in business networking and promotional activities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration who are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related service-sector role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
