POSITION: SECONDARY HEADTEACHER

OVERVIEW

Kirk Range Private Schools is expanding and invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and passionate professionals for the position of Secondary Headteacher. We are seeking a dynamic Christian leader who is committed to academic excellence, character development, and effective school leadership.

Key Requirements

Applicants must possess the following:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Education or an equivalent qualification.

- Registration with the Teachers Council of Malawi.

- Be a committed Christian and an active member of a recognized Christian church.

- A minimum of five (5) years' proven experience in school leadership with a strong record of academic achievement.

- Ability to teach one or two subjects within their area of specialization.

- Sound knowledge of the Malawi National Secondary School Curriculum.

- Demonstrated ability to mentor teachers, supervise teaching and learning, and provide psychosocial support to learners.

- High moral integrity with values that reflect the Christian ethos of the school.
