ABOUT Y-MALAWI  

Y-Malawi invites qualified, committed applicants for positions supporting church empowerment, youth programming, safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting.

ROLE OVERVIEW: YOUTH OFFICER – TA MPHOMWA  

The Youth Officer will lead youth engagement and development programs in TA Mphomwa area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead youth programs, Bible Study groups, and Farming God’s Way activities

- Support child protection and Girls of Distinction activities in youth clubs

- Submit monthly reports on progress, testimonies, challenges, and lessons learned

- Uphold Y-Malawi ethics and communicate with the Area Coordinator

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Qualification in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field

- Commitment to Christian faith and ministry

- Clean criminal record, with no history of child abuse

- Strong computer, reporting, communication, planning, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with diverse people
