POSITION: CHURCH FIELD OFFICER

Location: Lilongwe

OVERVIEW

Y-Malawi invites qualified, committed applicants for two positions supporting church empowerment, youth programming, safeguarding, monitoring, and reporting.

Church Field Officer – Chimutu

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen church networks, leadership, discipleship, and spiritual growth.

Coordinate church initiatives, including Men in the Mirror, family interventions, and seed projects.

Mentor volunteers and promote sustainable local ministries.

Track progress and submit monthly reports to the Area Coordinator.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Qualification in Theology, Social Work, or a related field.

Commitment to Christian ministry and community transformation.

Strong facilitation, communication, planning, teamwork, computer, and reporting skills.

Able to work well with people from diverse denominational backgrounds.

Church or community development experience is an advantage.
