POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Location: Lilongwe

Position Overview

Biz Beverages is looking for a result- oriented and highly disciplined Sales and Marketing Officer

to spearhead our commercial expansion in the beverage sector. The successful candidate will be

responsible for executing our market penetrating strategy, managing client relationships, and

ensuring the consistent aggressive sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Territory Management: Oversee daily field operations, including the systematic auditing

of retail outlets, wholesalers and prospective distribution points.

• Strategic Sales Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase our

market share within assigned territories.

• Brand Positioning: Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within retail

environments through effective stakeholder engagement.

• Performance Metrics: Execute daily sales strategies to achieve and exceed defined

volume targets.

• Market Intelligence: Provide detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities,

and consumer feedback.

• Professional Discipline: A track record of operating with high autonomy and self-

motivation in the field-based roles.

• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion capabilities, with the ability to

influence key decision-makers

• Operation Readiness: Ability to maintain a rigorous travel schedule in order to fulfill

operational requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or any related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the beverage industry.

• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quantifiable sales targets.

• A valid driving license.
