POSITION: BOARDING MASTER
Location: Chinkhoko Village, Lilongwe District, Malawi
OVERVIEW
Chaminade Marianist Secondary School is looking for a responsible and experienced Boarding Master to supervise, mentor, and ensure the welfare, discipline, and safety of boarding students.
Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of the Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Have at least three (3) years' experience working in a secondary school.
- Demonstrate the ability to supervise, mentor, and manage students in a boarding environment.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong organizational, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
- Be physically and mentally fit to perform boarding supervision duties.
- Have no criminal record and be willing to undergo background and reference checks.
- Be willing to reside on the school campus and respond to student welfare matters outside normal working hours.
- Demonstrate high professional integrity and maintain confidentiality in matters relating to students and the school.
