POSITION: SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER

Location: Chinkhoko Village, Lilongwe District, Malawi

OVERVIEW

Chaminade Marianist Secondary School is inviting applications from qualified, committed, and self-motivated teachers to join its academic team. Successful candidates should be able to teach one of the following subject combinations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education specializing in the relevant teaching subjects from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Registration with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM) or proof of eligibility for registration before appointment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methodologies, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct.
• Commitment to uphold the Christian ethos, mission, vision, and values of Chaminade Marianist Secondary School.
• Previous teaching experience in a secondary school will be an added advantage.
