OVERVIEW 

Grand Villa Hospitality Limited – Where comfort meets luxury – is hiring a Chef to join its team in Lilongwe.  

Key Requirements  

- Certificate or Diploma in Catering, Hospitality, or related field  

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience  

- Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and menu planning  

- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team  

Duties  

- Prepare and present meals to high standards  

- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety procedures are followed  

- Plan menus and contribute to food costing  

- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency and quality
