POSITION: Secondary School Teacher – Languages
Location: Mlongoti Village, Rumphi, Malawi (Opposite Rumphi Catholic Primary School)
Overview
Loyal Private Secondary School is inviting applications from suitably qualified, competent, committed, and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Secondary School Teacher – Languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned Language subjects.
- Prepare and deliver quality lessons.
- Assess learners and maintain academic records.
- Manage classrooms effectively.
- Promote learner discipline and academic excellence.
- Participate in school activities and support the school's objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education; OR
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in another field plus a University Certificate of Education (UCE).
- Valid Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM) Registration Certificate or proof of eligibility.
- Good teaching methodologies.
- Strong classroom management and learner assessment skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, committed, and able to work effectively in a school environment.
- Applicants must clearly indicate their Language subject combination in the application letter.
