REQUIREMENTS:
At least five years’ kitchen experience, including a minimum of two years in a supervisory role
Relevant culinary qualifications from a recognised institution
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Good knowledge of food costing and stock control
Ability to maintain consistent food quality and high kitchen standards
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
