TELEKOM NETWORKS MALAWI (TNM) – DIRECT SALES AGENT (COUNTRY WIDE)

Location: Countrywide (Various districts)

Reporting to: Consumer Sales Executive

📅 Deadline: 6th August 2026

TNM is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Direct Sales Agent. The role will complement TNM distribution partners to improve the availability of its products in assigned territories.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• TNM Agents rebalancing
• Identification, recruitment, and rollout of new TNM Agents and Franchisees in all markets in assigned territory
• Daily management of TNM Agents and Franchisees (both new and existing)
• Resolution of customer complaints and queries in assigned territory
• Reactivation and training of customers with dormant Mpamba accounts
• Enhancement of outlet and market visibility

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years in sales and distribution, preferably in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Competent and licensed motorcycle rider
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work
• Ability to operate autonomously, demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making
• High integrity
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding service environment
• Strong communication skills
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
