POSITION: DATA ENTRY CLERK

Location: Blantyre, Malawi

OVERVIEW

ETG Agri Inputs Ltd Malawi, a leading supplier of quality agricultural solutions including fertilisers, seeds, crop protection products, farm tools and expert agronomy services, is looking for a suitably qualified, motivated and results-driven Data Entry Clerk to join its team in Blantyre.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately enter and update data into company systems and databases.

- Capture sales, inventory, procurement, logistics and other operational information.

- Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.

- Maintain and update electronic and physical records.

- Prepare routine data reports and summaries.

- Identify and correct data-entry errors.

- Assist various departments with document processing and data management.

- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

- Support filing, scanning, printing and other administrative duties.

- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Any recognised tertiary certificate.

- Minimum 1 year of relevant data-entry or administrative experience.

- Excellent typing and data-entry skills with a high level of accuracy.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other office applications.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good organisational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in agriculture, logistics, warehousing, sales or FMCG will be an added advantage.
