TRAINEE CASINO DEALERS

PLEASE NOTE: CASINOS DO NOT OPERATE ON NORMAL WORKING HOURS: SHIFTS MAY INCLUDE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

POSITION: TRAINEE CASINO DEALERS

Successful candidates will undergo professional casino dealer training as part of the initial recruitment process. The training will run for several weeks or months, depending on the progress and performance of the trainees. Upon successful completion of the training, selected candidates will have an opportunity to join the Vantus Elite Casino team as Casino Dealers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• A Credit in Mathematics
• A Credit in English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Professional, presentable, and disciplined
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Previous casino experience is not required, as successful applicants will receive training.
