POSITION: DIRECT SALES AGENT – CIVIL SERVANT LOAN PRODUCT
Location: Ntcheu & Dedza Districts
Job Type: Commission Based
Reports To: Country Sales Manager/Chief Executive Officer
JOB PURPOSE
Liwiro Finance Limited is looking for motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Agents to identify, engage and recruit eligible civil servants for its Civil Servant Loan Product.
The successful candidates will operate within assigned territories, provide customer support throughout the digital loan application process and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
AREAS OF FOCUS
NTCHEU DISTRICT:
Ntcheu Boma, all T/As, Njolomole, Kwataine, Ganya, Makwangwala, Chakhumbira, Mpando, Champiti, Phambala, Masasa, Mkutumula and Tsikulamowa.
DEDZA DISTRICT:
Dedza Boma, T/As Kachindamoto, Kasumbu, Kachere, Kamenya Gwaza, Chauma and Chilikumwendo.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum MSCE Certificate
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting or related field is an added advantage
• Previous experience in direct sales, banking, microfinance, insurance, telecommunications, solar products or customer service is an added advantage
• Retired civil servants and applicants with strong government networks are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Must own an Android smartphone
• Must possess a valid National ID
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct market campaigns and recruit new customers
• Promote Liwiro Finance Civil Servant Loan Products
• Assist clients with digital loan applications and documentation
• Build relationships with government institutions and employees
• Identify new business opportunities
• Submit daily and weekly sales activity reports
