Position: Gaming Assistant (20 Positions)

Qualifications:
- Must be a holder of Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Must have a Malawi National ID
- Must be male and under 28 years of age
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Good English communication (spoken & written)
- Basic computer skills
- Honest, reliable and able to work under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with gaming activities
- Ensuring gaming equipment and systems are in good working condition
- Explaining games, rules and guides to players
- Monitoring game areas and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment
- Reporting any issues and maintaining cleanliness of the gaming area
