Position: Shop Assistant
Company: Gomezgani Investment (Agricultural & Veterinary Products)
Location: Mchinji District (Boma), Malawi
Work Station: Mchinji Pa Boma, CP Shop, along Mkanda Road, Mchinji
Qualifications:
- Female candidate aged 25 years or below
- Resident of Mchinji District
- Minimum qualification: Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Good communication and customer service skills, with a welcoming and respectful attitude
- Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Honest, reliable, hardworking and attentive to detail
- Ability to read and write
- Experience working in a shop or knowledge of veterinary and agricultural products will be an added advantage
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them professionally
- Clean and maintain the shop's premises
- Arrange products and organize purchases and customer orders
- Weigh animal feed and other products and issue goods to customers
- Accurately record daily sales and purchases
- Assist with stock organization, stock counts and general shop operations
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management
