POSITION: DATA ENTRY CLERK - FULL TIME

About EasyLinks Limited:

Established in May 2024, EasyLinks Ltd is a pioneering EdTech platform available both on Android and the Web, which is transforming Malawi’s education landscape by leveraging technology to make learning more accessible, inclusive, and effective. We provide access to for past papers, textbooks, pamphlets and study notes to students, teachers and parents for all levels of education (MSCE, JCE and PSLCE).

Our mission is to ensure that no student fails or repeats national examinations due to limited access to quality learning resources.

Position Overview

With our long awaited upcoming update, EasyLinks Ltd is seeking a Full Time Data Entry Clerk.

This role requires a self-driven, highly reliable individual with strong integrity and exceptional attention to detail. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our digital library and enhancing learning outcomes nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently upload large volumes of study materials

• Categories and index all documents with the correct metadata

• Conduct online and offline searches to source additional academic materials

• Data cleaning

• Verify and validate all uploaded content to ensure accuracy

• Contribute to timely completion of the new digital archive ahead of release

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma level 5 or above in ICT or a related field

• Excellent data entry skills with strong accuracy and speed

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

• MUST own a laptop or desktop computer

• Reliable internet access (bundle support provided)

• Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability

• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
