POSITION: PROGRAM MANAGER

OVERVIEW
Chimwemwe mu’bereki Association (translated: Joyful Motherhood) is a midwife-led, community-rooted NGO dedicated to improving survival and well-being for vulnerable mothers and infants during the most fragile periods of life. We ensure families receive compassionate nursing care, nutrition, and community support so no baby dies from a lack of safe feeding and no mother faces post-delivery recovery alone.
Position: We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee daily operations, manage resources, and lead programmatic work plans alongside our Executive Director. The Program Manager will ensure clinical quality across our high-risk Baby Care and Mother Care initiatives, direct grant compliance, and co-lead Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL).
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s in Public Health, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years in program management; 5+ years in MNCH.
Strong skills in MEL, grant writing, financial oversight, and team leadership.
