POSITION: CLUB MANAGER

OVERVIEW
Nkhanga Essential Support Services Limited is a leading provider of contract catering and other support services solutions. The Company is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the post of Club Manager.
Based in Nchalo, the Club Manager will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Shire Club. She/he will lead all sections to ensure exceptional member service, sound financial management, proper maintenance of facilities, and compliance with club policies and licensing requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily operations of the Kitchen, Bar, restaurant, Events, Housekeeping, and maintenance
Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and hospitality across the club
Monitor revenue, costs, stock, and margins for F&B, Bar, and Events
Ensure proper maintenance of club buildings, grounds, equipment, and utilities
Ensure compliance with Food Safety, alcohol licensing, and health & safety regulations
Qualifications and Experience
Must have a Degree or Diploma in Hospitality industry plus 5 years of experience in service of Food & Beverage
Strong leadership and people management skill
Must have Financial and customer service skills
Multiskilled in a customer-centric approach
