POSITION: ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – INTERN
Location: Dedza
OVERVIEW
Mua Catholic Hospital is owned by the Diocese of Dedza. It operates under the umbrella body of Christian Health Assocication of Malawi (CHAM).
It is located in the area of Traditional Authority Kachindamoto, in the Eastern side of Dedza District which is in Central Region of Malawi.
Mua Hospital Would Like To Recruit The Accounts Assistant – intern
REQUIREMENTS
Should posses certificate in Financial Accounting from recognised and accredited institution
At least 1 year work experience .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
He/she is responsible for processing payments
Updating of creditors/assets accounts
Updating expenses accounts
Make sure that every purchase is supported by 3 quotations
Make sure that invoice is authorized before making payments
Make sure that all vouchers in the file are complete
Assisting in stock taking
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
