POSITION: CCTV OPERATOR
Location: Blantyre Limbe
About the Role
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable CCTV Operator to join our security team in a Lollipop Sweets producing factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring factory operations, capturing video footage in real time, and securely archiving recordings for future reference.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor CCTV systems to capture and record factory activities in real time.
Ensure timely and accurate video footage is secured for future reference.
Archive and safeguard recordings to prevent tampering or loss.
Provide video evidence to management when required.
Respond promptly to security breaches or suspicious activity.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all recorded footage.
Conduct routine checks and basic troubleshooting of CCTV equipment.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar security role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during monitoring.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, video storage, and data security practices.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and promptly.
Technical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
