Work experience:

• Oversees carpentry crews, assigns daily tasks, and ensures high-quality woodwork on site.
• Interprets blueprints, structural drawings, and building specs to plan materials and layouts.
• Enforces safety protocols, inspects completed structural framework, and manages project timelines.
• Coordinates with project managers, sub-contractors, and clients to keep building projects on budget.

Description:

• Led daily tasks for carpentry teams on construction sites.
• Read blueprints and ordered required materials on time.
• Inspected woodwork and framing for quality and code safety.
• Trained workers on tool safety and build techniques.
• Resolved site issues to keep projects on schedule.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Carpentry Apprenticeship.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of rough/finish carpentry, framing, and woodworking techniques.
• Blueprint reading, estimation, and site layout skills.
